Jennifer Kolstad

Jennifer Kolstad is a visionary and award-winning designer with 25 years of experience creating human-centered solutions across space typologies. She is the Global Design & Brand Director at Ford Motor Company, where she leads the design strategy for the future of retail, workplace, manufacturing, and brand experience. Jennifer is passionate about challenging conventions and expanding the practice of design to include synergistic competencies including social science, ecology, education, and community building. She is also a prominent leader and advocate for the design industry, serving as the 2020 National Chair of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), co-authoring a strategic plan for the future of the organization and the industry.
