Nicole Caputo

Nicole Caputo is UCHealth’s Vice President of Experience and Innovation. She is responsible for leading patient experience strategy by creating experiences that touch both patients and employees in a way that uniquely connects them. Nicole has worked for UCHealth for nearly 18 years, where her journey has included roles in communication and non-profit development, service line marketing strategy and digital marketing strategy. She’s successfully implemented and deployed VR across UCHealth’s network of hospitals and clinics over the past seven years for both patients and staff, exemplifying UCHealth’s purpose and passion for working with people and technologies. She also serves as a liaison to the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center as a subject matter expert for patient experience.
