Rose is a zero waste expert who loves to talk trash. Rose serves as Head of Sustainability at Misfits Market / Imperfect Foods, the only nationwide US e-commerce grocer focused on saving food from waste in their mission and sourcing strategy. As Head of Sustainability, she partners across the company to save more food from waste and loss, reduce waste and emissions from Misfit Market’s operation, better serve neighboring communities, and make it easier for customers to make an impact every time they shop.  Rose is a board member and advisor for four impact-focused organizations: the Upcycled Foods Association, Ritesize.io, Women in CSR and Soapbox Project. She holds a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Business and Operations from Presidio Graduate School and is a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.
