Paige Fitzgerald

Paige Fitzgerald is the Chief Operating Officer at Patreon, where she oversees the company’s overarching business and growth strategies. Prior to Patreon, Paige served as a General Manager at Block, where she led strategy, operations, sales, marketing, SMB and technical teams across Afterpay and Cash App. She also previously held the role of Head of Commercial at Cash App, where she built Cash App's advertising and payments businesses. Before Block, Paige launched and scaled new products and led operating and business teams at Airbnb, Waymo (Google's self-driving cars) and Waze. She also spent time at McKinsey & Company and held several roles in the public sector, including as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Energy.
