Anne Friedman

Anne focuses on structuring and negotiating large-scale strategic sourcing and technology transactions, with an emphasis on AI, IoT, big data, and disruptive technologies. She advises on global and domestic outsourcing in IT, software development, business process outsourcing, and data privacy and security. Anne represents Fortune 500 companies in various sectors, including finance, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality. As a founding member of BCLP's AI working group, she integrates technology transactions and commercial contracts, and has spoken on the National Artificial Intelligence Act. The Legal 500 recognizes her in Outsourcing and Commercial Deals. Anne also provides pro bono legal services, teaching corporate law in Zambia and supporting various non-profits.
