Ashley Walsh

Ashley Walsh founded Inner State, Inc. in 2021 to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and
wellness. With Walsh’s deep roots in agriculture innovation, Inner State is pioneering research in
psilocybin whole mushrooms to unlock psychedelics’ capacity for treatments for women's health. Ashley and her father Jim Walsh have been at the forefront of the American food is medicine movement,
developing Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate as the first chocolate successfully grown on U.S. soil. From 2004
to 2006, Ashley served as the COO of Sobe Lizard Chocolate, bringing Atkins-friendly chocolate bars to
market. In 2015, she co-founded Kimo Sabe Mezcal with her father in Zacatecas, Mexico to meet a demand for
consistent and sustainable mezcal.
