Jessica Salinas

Jessica Salinas is Chief Investment Officer at New Media Ventures, where she oversees early-stage deal flow, portfolio management, mission-driven partnerships, and the growth of the investment team. Previously, she was a Partner at an impact fund focused on eradicating poverty, disease, and pollution. Jessica was the founding Social Impact Lead at Headspace and the Director of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Scaling Program. She serves on the boards of Words Uncaged, Plug in South LA, and StreetCode Academy. Jessica holds a BA in Communication from Stanford and an MS in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business.
