Arielle Berghammer-Ziegler

Arielle Berghammer-Ziegler (She/Her) is a seasoned innovator and strategic partner with extensive experience in scaling impact. Currently, she serves as an Advisor to the CEO at Chemonics International, where she has worked for over eight years in various roles, including Senior Specialist in Scaling Impact and Manager of Innovation, Research, and Partnerships. Arielle is also a key member of the UNLEASH Secretariat, leading initiatives focused on social entrepreneurship, program management, and leadership. She has facilitated global workshops and innovation labs, helping to shape impactful solutions for the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. A veteran, she holds degrees from Penn State, Northern Arizona University, and the Elliott School of International Affairs.
