A noted veteran in the tech policy space, Chris launched Lyft in over 72 cities, advocated Zenefits' value to regulators, built support for the expansion of consumer and small business financial services at Square, created room for innovation among regulators to launch a new approach to telemedicine at Hims & Hers, and garnered support the expansion of for Chime’s digital banking. Chris brings 30 years experience shaping how elected officials, regulators, and policy influencers view a wide range of issues.
