Stacy provides members with practical guidance to navigate the complex, evolving, global privacy landscape. She oversees compliance with ESRB’s privacy certifications, including the “Kids Certified” seal, a Federal Trade Commission (FTC)-authorized Safe Harbor program under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
