Alessia Cusumano

Alessia Cusumano is an A&R at Universal Music Publishing Group. A Jersey Shore native, she got her start in the industry as a college representative for 1824 while studying theater at the University of Miami. Her work as a marketing and A&R consultant eventually led her to Universal Music Publishing, where she rose from assistant to manager, signing Grammy-nominated artists and songwriters such as Elijah Fox and Gaia. Most recently, she spearheaded the signing of Warner Records artist, Noah Rinker. Alessia also works with Grammy Award Winning artist and songwriter Nija Charles, Tenroc, Audrey Hobert, Nami, Lily Kaplan, and more.
