Caryn Pang

Dr. Caryn Pang is a faculty member at Hult International Business School in Boston and Parsons School of Design in NYC, with over 15 years of experience as a retail executive. She has consulted for global businesses, imparting her expertise in marketing, branding, and business fundamentals to her students. Dr. Pang has worked with leading companies like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy's, integrating the latest strategies into her teachings. Her research focuses on cross-cultural consumer behavior and business strategies in hospitality and retail. She earned her Ph.D. from Iowa State University and is a 2024 recipient of the ExW ExtraOrdinary Women Award from the Mayor of Boston. In March 2024, she spoke at the SXSW Conference about the positive impact of mentorship.
