Megha Bansal Rizoli is a Senior Director in the Employer Mobilization Practice at Jobs for the Future (JFF), a national nonprofit organization that focuses on the intersection of learning and work, quality jobs, and economic opportunity. She is a highly experienced and nuanced strategist, communicator, fundraiser, facilitator, and nonprofit operator, and thrives in environments where she is connecting unforeseen dots across vision, strategic execution, and impact both for organizations and the field.

Megha has over 15 years of experience working in strategy and innovation. She started her career working for the federal government, dabbled in research and analytics at The Brookings Institution, and spent close to a decade working on unique, challenging, and high-visibility consulting engagements at Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on how large-scale disruptive trends impact organizations, communities, and people. She was also a fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she launched a major research initiative and publication at the 50th WEF Annual Meeting in Davos in 2020.

Megha holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, and dual Bachelors degrees from the University of Maryland.

She lives in greater Boston with her husband, daughter, and 100-lb Bernedoodle.
