Kaitlyn Debernardo

Kaitlyn has been at Partner at Next Coast Ventures since early 2022. On the Platform side, she supports the firm's extensive portfolio, with a focus on operations and growth. In her recently expanded COO role, she also manages firm operations and supports the firm's active investment activity. She has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem on both the company and VC side. She was an early employee at Workrise (formerly RigUp) which raised over $700mm from their Series B to E funding rounds while she was there. Previously, she was on the equity desk of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. She earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
