Creating Safer, More Equitable Public Transit Systems
Automated vehicles are promising, but still present significant challenges – especially in public transit. Increased automation eliminates many common accidents, but can lead to others, leaving drivers to handle only the most difficult situations. Hear about how we’re working with transportation operators and riders to help influence the future of public transportation and create safe, efficient public transit systems which leverage new autonomous technologies and enhance human work, rather than replace it.
