This workshop is an interactive presentation to learn the insider secrets all companies use in their pay practices paired with interactive exercises so employees can navigate the job interview and offer process. There will be no more than 5 sections of presented material, after each of which I will guide the audience in interactive exercises auditing their core fears at each stage to overcome limiting beliefs, then practice the right words to say at several key junctures in a salary negotiation.
