From Virtual Worlds to Real Wellness: VR and Mental Health
Millions struggle with their mental health. How can we leverage VR as an accessible resource to support people? VR offers immersive, aesthetic landscapes to explore states of being, unveiling innovative pathways to wellbeing that transcend traditional treatment. Our interdisciplinary panel will discuss the untapped potential of VR to address and prevent mental health issues, highlighting ethics, accessibility, and the challenge of bridging creatives with healthcare practitioners. We’ll explore the paradox of using technology to reconnect us with our bodies, minds, nature, and each other.
