QUIMIKOZ; a Cumbia band based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Cumbia is a mixture of cultures, originating out of South America, Colombian, afrocuban influence & very popular in the Mexican American culture and now all diversities of cultures from around the globe. QUIMIKOZ creates a mixture of "vallenato" accordion sounds consisting of afro-cuban cumbia beats, reggae rhythms, hip hop layers, and horn ensemble accenting the versatile sound out of the 'barrio'.
