Known to be the youngest governor to be elected in Nuevo Leon history at 33 years young, Dr. Samuel Garcia is seen by analysts as a potential disruptor of the former political system in Mexico.

Garcia is highly educated with doctorates in public administration and fiscal law, and has a strong political background, having served as a Senator and local Representative in his home state.
He has helped transform Nuevo Leon, a state with a strategic location having a border with the U.S., into one of the major targets for foreign direct investment
