Samuel García
Dr. Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda, born on December 28, 1987, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is the incumbent Constitutional Governor of the State of Nuevo León. A visionary leader and advocate for innovation, he holds a Law and Finance degree, a Master’s in Public Law, and a Doctorate in Public Policy and Public Administration from ITESM. Governor García has played a pivotal role in transforming Nuevo León into a global economic powerhouse, attracting record-breaking foreign investment and fostering technological development. His political career includes serving as a local Deputy (2015–2018) and Senator (2018–2020) before being elected Governor in 2021.
