Cassandra Martynow

Cassandra Martynow is a Director at Anthesis Group—a global, pure play sustainability consultancy—where she leads the development and implementation of enterprise ESG and sustainability strategy across sectors, integrating programs such as GHG accounting, renewable energy procurement, reporting, supply chain sustainability, climate risk, and regulatory readiness.

Cassandra joined Anthesis from the University of Chicago, where she led the university’s sustainability program through a successful relaunch as a platform for environmental research, education, campus improvements, and community engagement. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and program management, and holds a BA from UCLA, an MA from UChicago, and an MBA from Chicago Booth with concentrations in economics, behavioral science, and strategic management.
