Paulo Miranda has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Customer and Experience at LATAM airlines Group since May 2019. Miranda has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, having held different positions in finance and customer roles in different leading airlines in the US, Brazil, and Chile. Throughout his career, and in addition to his experience leading customer experience areas, Miranda has held leadership roles in finance and alliances, actively participating in negotiations and joint venture implementations. The executive holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA.
