Angel Williams is an award-winning writer, and producer, and U.S. Army disabled veteran, hailing from Washington, D.C but currently lives in Denver. After attending the Writer’s Guild Initiative in 2014, she was encouraged to turn her short stories into screenplays, and this mother of three disabled children and a wife of over 20 years turned her passion into a career. A stroke survivor, Angel not only tells the stories of those with non-visible disabilities but also writes multiple genres. She has placed as a semi-finalist in The ScreenCraft Film Fund for her sci-fi project, Stone Fate which also made Coverfly’s Red List as well as her family drama Conversations with Mom. Currently she is developing a sports documentary and a historical drama feature and the co-founder of Soldier Up Productions with her daughter and the Vice President of Original Content for Truce Media/Studios.
