Elizabeth Monteleone

Elizabeth Monteleone has served as the Bumble Inc. Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since June 2024. Ms. Monteleone was the first U.S.-based in-house legal counsel for Bumble, and has been with the Company for 6 years. After serving in progressively more senior legal positions, she most recently served as the Bumble Inc.'s Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Bumble, Ms. Monteleone was a member of the corporate, securities and M&A practice at Winstead PC from 2016 to 2018. Ms. Monteleone began her career at Proskauer Rose LLP in 2014. Ms. Monteleone holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia, and a J.D., summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
