Sean Herrity

Sean Herrity serves as the Business Representative of the German Federal State of Rhineland-Palatinate in the USA with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Agriculture & Viniculture and directs the Ministry’s foreign trade office in Austin, Texas. Mr. Herrity advises and supports small to medium sized businesses from Rhineland-Palatinate with U.S. market entry, import/export, site selection, investment, settlement projects and delegation activities. He also promotes and coordinates bilateral trade with U.S. businesses interested in trading and investing in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Mr. Herrity completed his MBA degree in International Business from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Mr. Herrity has spent the last 20 years working internationally for German, Austrian, Swiss, British, Danish, Swedish, Czech, Dutch and US companies. He has lived abroad in Germany and Croatia and speaks fluent English, German and Croatian. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
