Ashley Nowicki

Ashley Nowicki leads people and operations for Roadrunner Venture Studios, a national venture studio focused on spinning deep technology out of national laboratories and universities and into the commercial market. She recruits the founders for each startup, places board members and strategic advisors, and helps set startups up for successful investment as they raise their first round with their first customer and founding team secured. Ashley also manages HR, benefits, equity and compensation planning, and company culture.
