Nasim Afsar

As Chief Health Officer, Dr. Afsar works relentlessly on improving the health and care of the world through transformative technologies. Her focus is on delivering clinical, operational, and financial outcomes through Healthy People, Healthy Workforce and Healthy Business. She works globally and partners closely with healthcare delivery systems, retail, payers, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals towards this goal.
Before her role at Oracle, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for UCI Health. She has served as Chief Quality Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer at UCLA Health. She is the Past President of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
