Joanne Salih

Joanne is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice, specializing in oil, gas, and the energy transition. She works globally, supporting clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, and North America. She has led transformations for several international, national, and independent energy and trading companies. She also specializes in delivering growth, improving shareholder returns, and supporting organizations in their multi-year portfolio, and people and culture transformations. Joanne supports financial institutions in the commercialization of low-carbon portfolios. Joanne is a thought partner to energy programs such as the Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI) and World Economic Forum (WEF), where she contributed to the Paris Climate Accord.
