Marta Pazos

Dr. Marta Pazos is a creator, inventor and troubleshooter, who started her business DR. MP. in 2021. Serving the defense and consumer products industries, Dr. Marta offers formulation assistance, trends and marketing expertise, and leadership in supply chains and onshoring programs.
As a contractor for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Dr. Pazos leads the Critical Chemicals Sector of the Defense Production Act Investments (part of OSD) to ensure the domestic supply of critical chemicals to maintain a healthy state of defense for the USA.
A cosmetic chemist by trade, Dr. Pazos is a Fulbright Scholar and earned her doctorate in Polymer Science from the University of Akron. She has held roles at Estee Lauder Companies, P&G and Coca-Cola.
