Harris Heckelman was effectively born into the meat business.His family founded two successful independent meat & seafood companies over the course of the last 30 years, where he started his career on the seafood receiving dock. He worked his way up, eventually overseeing the entire operation in the SE market. Harris has built a reputation as a leader in the meat & seafood business. In 2018, Harris joined the Chefs’ Warehouse as the Executive Vice President overseeing protein operations across the country. He works to build talented teams with the common goal of being the best meat & seafood partners to the country's best chefs.He is maniacal about developing talent & capabilities within the organization and committed to connecting the best ranching partners with the country’s best chefs.
