Eli Velasquez (Mexico & USA) - Founder & Managing Partner, Investors of Color
Eli Velasquez is the Founder & CEO of Capital Stack Investors and Co-Founder & Managing Partner of the Investors of Color Network, which works to close the racial funding gap by connecting Black, Latinx, and Indigenous investors with early-stage companies. He serves on the Board of the Angel Capital Association and is a Capital Advisor to the Stanford Latino Business Action Network. Eli has also supported First Nations entrepreneurship through his work in various international innovation initiatives, including advising on investor networks in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Latin America. Additionally, he has helped syndicate investments into emerging funds supporting underrepresented communities.
