Kyle Hausmann-Stokes is an award-winning director and writer based in Los Angeles. He served 5 years in the Army as a paratrooper and received the Bronze Star in Iraq. He is the co-founder Veterans in Media & Entertainment, and his “Veterans For Gun Reform” PSA for #MarchForLives accrued over 40 million views a 4 days. His 2022 semi-autobiographical impact short MERITxZOE gained the support of three of the largest veteran nonprofits in the country: The Mission Continues,Bob Woodruff Foundation and Everytown For Gun Safety. Kyle's feature film debut MY DEAD FRIEND ZOE (2024) starring MORGAN FREEMAN, ED HARRIS, SONEQUA MARTIN-GREEN and NATALIE MORALES will world premiere at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival.
