Cesar Ortolani Marcondes de Castro

Cesar Castro is the Global Head of Digital Services at Embraer. He works for the service and support Business unit, and closely with the innovation area, to promote a complete portfolio of digital services for the Embraer fleet, providing clients with intelligent solutions and operational readiness. As part of the Embraer team, Cesar worked for executive aviation in the flight ops department where he was able to train more than 100 pilots around the world teaching about Flight Performance and Operations. He was also responsible for PMO, managing the total Service and support investments, and then he took on the leadership role in the digital services area.
