Bryan Danielson

Considered by many to be the greatest professional wrestler of all time, “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson made his shocking AEW debut in September 2021 at the ALL OUT pay-per-view event and has since gone on to deliver some of AEW’s most classic matches in history.

Before becoming a household name throughout the 2010s, Danielson wrestled all over the globe, winning some of the industry’s most prestigious championships in the process. Today, he is one of the most accomplished professional wrestlers in history, having won the Wrestling Observer's Best Technical Wrestler Award – which was named after him – a record 11 times.

Outside the ring, Bryan is also a staunch environmentalist and places emphasis on a plant-heavy diet as part of his training. In the ring, he’s known widely for his entrance music, an interpolation of “Flight of the Valkyries,” and has begun to use “Final Countdown” by Europe as his theme during pay-per-views, a callback to his time on the independent wrestling scene. He also gained notoriety for his appearances on the E! Network reality series "Total Divas" and "Total Bellas," and he is married to fellow pro wrestler and TV personality Brie Garcia (fka Brie Bella). In late 2023, Danielson acknowledged that his full-time in-ring career is coming to a close as he plans to spend more time at home with his children.
