Patricia Dias dos Santos

Patrícia, as known as Pat holds a mechatronics engineering bachelor’s degree and a MBA of Innovation and Leadership. She’s known by her irreverent and creative way of position herself. She has been working in aviation industry for 12 years and during this period she could work in R&D of defense executive and commercial aviation, also with military radars and defense border protection systems. In 2023 she joined innovation team to work as global head of intrapreneurship Embraer program, where employees are trained and prepared to develop their best ideas inside the company that can potentially become new products, services and/or business. She also works with innovation culture.
