Dimas is the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Digital and Innovation for Embraer S.A. a global company with businesses in commercial and executive aviation, defense & security and Service & Support. At Embraer S.A. Dimas is focused on developing and driving strategic plans across all Embraer Businesses Units, which encompasses the growth drivers and avenues, customer experience, investments and initiatives that enables the execution of the global strategy. Acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances are also part of his responsibilities.
