Sarah Brock is the Vice President and Head of HR Decision Science at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she oversees the People Analytics function, as well as end-to-end People Practices, including Performance, Assessment, Succession, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Skills Strategy. 

An industrial and organizational psychologist by training, Sarah is passionate about the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace and making people smarter about people. Her focus is transforming health for humanity through science-based people decisions, working closely with her team to deliver innovative solutions backed by data to evolve J&J's talent strategies. 

Sarah is proud to have been with J&J for 12 years, holding various executive roles leading the company's approach to strategic workforce planning, skills strategy, and talent assessment, performance and succession. She is also a certified executive coach and brings decades of experience in leadership development and assessment consultancy and global project delivery.
