Dan Waite is CEO at US-headquartered label, Better Noise Music. With 25+ years’ experience, his career has spanned all facets of the music business.

Starting at Virgin Records in the international department, he has also worked in broadcasting as Director Talent and Music for MTV Networks Europe, and Commercial Talent Manager for BBC Worldwide. In the live sector, he was Head of Programming at AEG the O2 Arena. He was also Manager, Agent and Touring for Phil McIntyre Entertainment. In editorial, he was the Head of Talent for Time Inc. He was also International Marketing Manager for Universal Music International.

Dan chairs IMPALA’s Digital Committee, and is a longstanding member of AIM’s Digital Committee, to ensure independents can navigate and ever-changing digital landscape.
