Carrie is on Meta's Social Impact team, where she leads product partnerships for mental health and well-being. Her team collaborates with nonprofit organizations and academic institutions to leverage Meta’s platforms to help increase access to resources.

Carrie is passionate about building cross-sector, innovative collaborations that improve health equity, access, and outcomes. Prior to joining Meta, her experience includes developing global health partnerships at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, launching a global research center for gender equality at Stanford Medicine, and building 23andMe's patient advocacy function. She is the recipient of the Frances and Arjay Miller Prize in Social Innovation from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
