Molly began her career within Beauty at the Estée Lauder Companies, where she has had the opportunity to work with various brands, regions, and functions. Currently, Molly focuses on enhancing the Online shopping experience for several brands within the Estée Lauder portfolio, including La Mer, Bobbi Brown, and Jo Malone. Her role involves crafting product roadmaps for their DTC sites, ideating innovative features, and analyzing consumer behaviors.
Passionate about all things Beauty, Molly is also involved with New Incubation Ventures, the strategic early-stage investment and incubation arm of The Estée Lauder Companies, where she collaborates with the team to scout up-and-coming beauty brands. Throughout her career, Molly has cultivated strong relationships within the beauty community and continues to learn about leveraging new technology to shape the future of the industry.
