I have a B.S. in History of Philosophy from Sofia University, a Columbia Business School executive education certification, and have completed a leadership coaching program from the Institute For Professional Excellence In Coaching (IPEC), one of the world’s top training programs for professional coaches. I use various coaching tools, methodologies, and assessments, such as the Energy Leadership Index, DISC, True Colors, Enneagram, etc. I also blend coaching methodologies with old and new wisdom and traditions, drawing from my exploration of philosophy, personal development, plant medicine, spirituality, and the experience of living and studying at Buddhist temples in Asia and the US. I offer transformational modalities like Breathwork to facilitate a deep exploration of the inner world, enabling leaders to influence their outer world meaningfully.
