Christina DiAngelus
Chrissie DiAngelus is a visual artist and management consultant at North Highland specializing in organizational and transformational change. With a focus on experience and outcomes, she brings intention, integrity and empathy to organizational change, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption. Her industry experience includes utilities, retail, arts and entertainment, public sector and nonprofit. Consulting work includes transformational change, ways of working, Project to Product, agile, application and hardware upgrades, CX, omni-channel content design, culture and communications design, and capability building.
Previously she worked in the nonprofit arts sector, including several years at Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation. In 2007 she founded and ran an agency to serve creative businesses, artists and nonprofits, and spent nearly a decade guiding careers, booking and routing regional and national tours, and producing thoughtful value-based communications campaigns. She spoke frequently on strategic communications and design at various arts conferences.
Chrissie is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and holds a B.S. in Business and Fine Art. She is a member of AIGA Philadelphia, a design community and is currently enrolled in a coach-in-training program through the International Federation of Coaches. She lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, son and two pups.
