Founder
The Feminine Business Model

Tracy Jones is the founder of the Feminine Business Model. She is a women's business mentor, executive consultant, and trusted advisor who supports creatives, experts, and thought leaders focused on sharing their knowledge to reach more people and make the world a better place. Since 2010 her work has inspired women in 27 countries.

Tracy has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and left her former fast-track corporate life to help women-owned businesses grow. She specializes in turning expertise and wisdom into branded online courses, memberships, books, signature talks, retreats, and programs. She blends strategy and specifics for a balanced approach to growth—financially, creatively, emotionally, and spiritually.

Tracy also has a decade of experience serving on boards for organizations such as U.N. Women USA SF, the Young Women Social Entrepreneurs, and the Marin Poetry Center. She is a TEDx producer and curator, as well as Film Selection Co-Chair for the Global Voices Film Festival, and Filmmaker Liaison for the Mill Valley Film Festival.

Tracy began meditating at a very young age and has continued ever since. When she is not helping others, she indulges in poetry, comedy, and is an avid seaweed collector.
