Nora Griffiths
Nora is a business development leader that focuses on driving change and growth within companies and amongst teams. She is not one to shy away from achieving an ambitious goal or overcoming challenges; something Nora has embraced personally as a former member of the Canadian National Rowing team, and professionally through her experience in social entrepreneurship.
Nora has served in various leadership roles over the course of a decade within for-profit, non-profit and social enterprise sectors. More recently, Nora has taken her entrepreneurial passions to the MH3 Collective where she co-founded Sidekick, a female-led realization consultancy that makes your business dreams a reality. Sidekick helps business leaders realize opportunities, overcome challenges and carry out your biggest and boldest objectives, with the help of a trusted Sidekick by their side. We offer workshops, programs, and fractional roles within three areas of expertise: Strategy, Growth and People.
Nora holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, a Master of Education from University of Victoria, and a certificate in Design Thinking from IDEO based out of Toronto, Canada. When she’s not diving into a new project at work, you’ll find her hitting the open roads for a long bike ride or run with her dog in tow.
