Carla Cook

Carla is a marketing communications and brand professional with over 25 years experience, primarily in technology but also with non-profit and lifestyle brands. She’s covered virtually every aspect of business building, strategy, and tactics in her career, including all aspects of marketing and PR, as well as content management, digital media, sales enablement, partner programs, event production, and more. Prior to argo, she was Director of Communications and Business Development at The Daily Dot, VP of Community Strategy and Engagement at analyst firm Guidewire Group, and founder of Graceless Media and Sharp Skirts, a media brand and event producer for women entrepreneurs. She also served as publicist to Linus Torvalds, inventor of the Linux operating system, during the dot-com boom of the late 90s.
