David Aveline

Dr. Aveline is an atomic physicist in the Quantum Sciences and Technology group at JPL, and a Co-Investigator on NASA’s Cold Atom Lab, studying ultracold atomic bubbles aboard the ISS. He received his BS from Cornell University in applied and engineering physics and PhD in physics from University of Southern California. Dr. Aveline is a 2019 recipient of the NASA Exceptional Engineering Achievement Medal for developing integrated quantum technologies for space applications.
