Heather McClellan
Heather McClellan does emotional intelligence-related consulting, coaching, and conflict mediation for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100, with clients including Siemens, Square, & Uber. She’s a speaker on the topics of having difficult conversations well and personal growth. Her work includes training Fortune 100 execs in empathy, collaborating with Y Combinator alumni on team health, & resolving co-founder conflicts as well as running innovation and sales work.
Heather donates her skills to charities including the Future of Humanity Institute at Oxford University. She does pro-bono re-humanizing work, including a collaboration with South Africa’s Institute for Justice and Reconciliation.
Heather's trained & mentored over 300 facilitators. For five years she ran & co-grew an Authentic Relating (relational skills) training group to the largest in the world, from 10 to 2,000 members in Austin, Texas. It’s now a 501(c)(3) non-profit, for which she is on the board of directors.
