Ryan Hartsell

Ryan Hartsell is an EMMY® Award Winning artist that's been pioneering immersive content on and off set for Flight School Studio contributing to countless award winning productions all over the world including writing and directing Oculus' Creator’s Lab, "The Evolution of Testicles starring Chris O’Dowd," a 2018 SXSW Virtual Cinema Selection and the Raindance Best Social Impact Award Winner. His latest directorial project, "WEIRD TIMES," an episodic VR series dealing with teenage mental health issues, debuted at the 2022 SXSW film festival. Some of the other Immersive projects he's worked on include Season 1 of Lip Sync Battle, Ghostland Observatory VR, NHL: Battles from the Bench, Umphrey's McGee: Puppet String 360° VR, The Indy 500, US ARMY: Jump with the GOLDEN KNIGHTS, SAP Extreme Sailing in Oman, Cirque du Soleil’s Toruk, 2016 NBA Finals, 2021 NBA Finals in XR, the FOX Upfronts in XR, The Dept. of Wonder in Houston TX, Jason Derulo XR, WWE Summerslam, and the Lumiere Award-winning Shinola 360° Factory Tour starring Luke Wilson.
