Eddie Blackmon

Eddie Blackmon is a Grammy-Award Winning music executive whose two-decade-plus music career has spanned Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music (Marketing / Operations), Columbia Records (Marketing), Def Jam Recordings (Marketing), John Legend’s Homeschool Records (General Manager), AWAL (A&R) and currently VP of A&R at ONErpm. Eddie is an alumnus of Arizona State University and through it’s foundation has a scholarship in his name, The Eddie Blackmon Popular Music Scholarship, which provides support for undergraduates with a preference given to students from underrepresented groups majoring in a Popular Music program degree. Eddie also is the founder of A Shade of Red Entertainment (ASORÉ), a consultant, management and publishing company.
