Emma Campbell
Emma Campbell is an author, speaker, podcast host and has been living with secondary breast cancer for eight years following an initial diagnosis in 2010. First diagnosed in 2010 when she was a newly single mother to baby triplets and a six year old, Emma has been presented with challenges that, at times, have left her broken and struggling to see a way forward. From living with a crippling fear of recurrence and leaving her babies without her, to running marathons, raising awareness and learning to look at life through a completely different lens, she has consciously endeavoured to ‘transform her fear of death into a love for life.’
Her book ‘All That Followed - A Story of Cancer, Kids and the Fear of Leaving too Soon’ was published in 2018.
Her following on Instagram as @limitless_em has grown steadily over the last few years and she’s worked with many brands, creating engaging content and is known for her honesty, relatability and determination to live as big and bold a life as possible whilst encouraging others to do the same.
Her podcast, Open with Emma Campbell, launched at the beginning of 2023 to rave reviews with high profile guests such as Denise Welch, Davinia Taylor, Bryony Gordon and Carrie and David Grant all sharing their own challenges and life lessons learned, creating an ever growing and loyal audience.
Emma works closely with Cancer Research UK and the Royal Marsden, most recently as an ambassador for Ralph Lauren who have a long standing partnership with the hospital.
TV appearances include Lorraine, BBC Breakfast, The One Show, Panorama and GB News as well as guesting on many popular podcasts. Recent corporate and charity speaking engagements include Ralph Lauren, Lloyds Bank, Spectrum Life, Asda and Gumtree. A former columnist for BEST and Women’s Running magazine, she’s also written for Grazia, the Mirror and the Sun. Emma is currently working on her second book.
