Adam Allard
Adam Allard is the Senior Manager of Technical Environments for Autodesk, a global leader in design and make software. He leads the teams, facilities, and equipment strategy for the Autodesk Technology Centers in Boston, Toronto, and San Francisco. These workshops house the latest digital fabrication technologies in additive manufacturing, multi-axis machining, hybrid manufacturing, metal working, composites, woodworking, and robotics. In this role, he also supports Technology Center residents, like JEMS, as they explore new approaches to materials and processes in design and manufacturing. Adam also sits on the PLC Detroit board, providing guidance on design and make concepts, workflows, and operations. He has designed, built, and operated multiple fabrication workshops and led technical teams for over 25 years.
